World Mental Health Day 2024: Prioritising Employee Wellbeing at TWHF
Today is World Mental Health Day, and as a Trust we have taken the opportunity to reflect on the value of mental health in the workplace and how we can support each other every day. When our employees feel mentally well, they can perform at their best and (as we expect from our students), reach their full potential.
So today we shared simple ways to support wellbeing in the workplace, here are a few of those suggestions to help prioritise mental health at work:
